We have been an integral part of the Schaffhausen gastronomy scene since 1986. Already in its second generation, the "Schützenhaus" restaurant is run by Roland Reutimann, who continues the culinary heritage of the Reutimann family with passion and dedication.
Our long-established restaurant is located at Rietstrasse 1 on Breite and is a favourite meeting place for locals and tourists alike. We specialise in hosting a wide variety of events, such as company dinners, banquets and catering for coach tours.
With our many years of experience, we offer you the perfect location for this.
Our premises offer sufficient space for events of all sizes and create an ideal atmosphere to celebrate your special moments in a unique ambience.
Our cuisine is characterised by the good plain Swiss tradition, which we preserve with pride. We attach great importance to the use of regional products in order to always serve you fresh and high-quality dishes. From classic Swiss dishes to innovative interpretations - our varied menu will tantalise every palate.
Everyone is welcome at the Restaurant Schützenhaus, including our younger guests.
We are also wheelchair accessible and offer parking spaces directly at the house.
In the warm summer months, our idyllic garden restaurant awaits you. Enjoy your "Zmittag", "Znacht" or a homemade Caramelköpfli outside and linger in the relaxed atmosphere.
